Online Tee Times

Johnny Belskis, Assistant General Manager

As we are rapidly approaching the launch of our online tee times software, I figured this would be a good opportunity to give a brief look into what to expect. This isn’t intended as an educational blog, just an little intro. We will provide all the necessary information in a different setting. That being said, I am happy to report to you all that it is a lot easier to use than golf genius……

Once the software is launched, there will be links on the ccgc website for both members and public play. To make an account, members will simply make a username, enter their first & last name, and their member #. After that, make a password and you are good to go. Public play will also have to make an account as well on their first time using the online tee times. The website is just as accessible
from a mobile device as it is on a desktop.

Once you are in, you can either select what day you want to book on the calendar, or click on a bar at the top showing the next few days. You can scroll through the whole sheet if you’d like, or narrow it down on the filters. You can choose to narrow down the search by selecting to only see morning, afternoon, or evening times.

The sheet is very easy to navigate, and for members you can see the names of the other members that have booked times as well. Members can add other members and even create groups of people they frequently play with, so you can simply add your group to the booking instead of having to have everyone sign up individually.

There will be more to come on this, but the main takeaway is that this new service is going to be a great asset to this club.
